Job Description:
The Call Center Representative will work with patients to
schedule office visits with providers, verify insurance information
and patient demographics, and have in-depth conversations to answer
questions and ensure quality customer service.The ideal candidate
is comfortable being on the phone consistently and abiding by a
rigid schedule (set times for lunch and breaks throughout the

Responsibilities: Answer high-volume of inbound calls from patients
Listen to patient needs / concerns and provide accurate
informationSchedule patients for visits with healthcare
providersReview patient accounts and update records with insurance
and demographic informationRequirements:--- High school diploma---
Prior experience working in a call center environment--- Abide by
strict confidentiality standards--- General computer skills---
Familiarity with insurance policies--- Experience working in EMR,
Genesis, or other healthcare scheduling tool valuable but not
