Job Description:

The Call Center Representative will work with patients to schedule office visits with providers, verify insurance information and patient demographics, and have in-depth conversations to answer questions and ensure quality customer service.The ideal candidate is comfortable being on the phone consistently and abiding by a rigid schedule (set times for lunch and breaks throughout the day)

Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume of inbound calls from patients
• Listen to patient needs / concerns and provide accurate information
• Schedule patients for visits with healthcare providers
• Review patient accounts and update records with insurance and demographic information
  Requirements:--- High school diploma--- Prior experience working in a call center environment--- Abide by strict confidentiality standards--- General computer skills--- Familiarity with insurance policies--- Experience working in EMR, Genesis, or other healthcare scheduling tool valuable but not required
