Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reverse Outside Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities
Source mortgage leads and build business relationships with real
estate agents
Analyze applicants' financial status and explain loan options to
customers
Generate complete loan applications and resolve mortgage
application issues
Required Qualifications
NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
Thorough knowledge of reverse mortgages and retail product
policies
Experience in proactively soliciting new business
Experience with Encompass preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
