Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Support Specialist -
Payments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support to core users and end-users via multiple
channels, including phone calls and a ticketing system
Manage and prioritize multiple support cases, ensuring timely
resolutions within company guidelines
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to
knowledgebase solutions when applicable
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of customer support experience in the software industry,
with preference for direct end-user support experience
Ability to communicate effectively with end-users, demonstrating
patience and empathy
Demonstrated aptitude for using and teaching technologically
sophisticated software to non-technical users
Prior knowledge of accounting, online payment processing, and/or
banking industry is a plus
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment
