Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor for the
Community Impact Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily operations of call center staff,
including performance reviews
Ensure professional and accurate handling of all calls in
accordance with company standards
Provide training and coaching to staff while maintaining training
materials and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new requirements
Experience with various technology platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Office
Suite, Salesforce)
Commitment to mission-driven, equity-minded work in higher
education
