Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Operations Lead to manage
Go-To-Market systems and processes while supporting data-informed
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales and marketing technologies, ensuring data
integrity and process efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the GTM
organization, analyzing data for trends and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead management
processes and refine GTM strategy
Required Qualifications
Previous B2B Operations Tech experience, ideally in a SaaS
company
5+ years in operations-oriented roles, specifically in marketing
and sales operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other mentioned
technologies
Bachelor's degree required
Basic understanding of SaaS metrics and strong analytical
skills
