Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Business
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability
and usability
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow
development team to analyze business processes
Facilitate ServiceNow implementation tasks including configuration,
integration, and testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of IT experience, or equivalent
experience in ITIL processes
Certified ServiceNow Administrator
Experience with Playbooks and Customer Service Management (CSM)
Strong background in gathering and documenting customer
requirements
Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 methodologies
