Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer success and support strategies
aligned with company goals
Oversee post-implementation customer experience, ensuring value
delivery and retention
Lead the customer support function to ensure timely resolution of
customer issues
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success or Customer
Support roles at SaaS startups
Strong background in post-implementation leadership and building
high-performing teams
Experience with enterprise-level customer relationships focused on
satisfaction and retention
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using customer
insights
