Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Strategist (Research)
to lead research initiatives across its product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cross-domain research to identify actionable insights,
usability testing, and user interviews
Execute research for long-term goals and support strategic planning
for improved user experience
Advocate for a user-centered approach in product development and
integrate research findings into development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of UX research experience
Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology,
sociology, or related field
Proven experience in leading user research for B2B SaaS products
and enterprise software
Expertise in various research methodologies, including usability
testing and behavioral analytics
Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Pendo or Adobe
Analytics
