Applicants should have strong academic credentials, well developed writing skills, and proven work experience in a complex litigation firm or department or governmental agency. For partner positions, competitive candidates will have experience leading complex investigations and prosecutions, including federal or state prosecutor experience, or regulatory enforcement experience. For associate positions, judicial clerkship experience is highly valued. For investigator positions, competitive candidates will have significant years of experience in law enforcement investigating complex criminal matters.
