Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead for ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product vision across ServiceNow modules (CSM and ITSM)
to support the Registrar's business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and
prioritize features based on customer needs and business
objectives
Lead the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project
timelines and key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management or development, with
at least 4 years in product management
Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management and ITSM
modules; ITIL certification is highly desirable
Proven experience in application development, support, and change
management processes
Familiarity with Agile methodologies including SCRUM, SAFe, and
Kanban
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across
geographically distributed locations
