Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Software
Development Director to lead IT project teams and ensure successful
delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise IT project teams to meet customer expectations and adhere
to internal standards
Troubleshoot issues and lead performance improvement efforts within
the team
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify customer
requirements and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Finance, or a related field
Ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT
applications development
Demonstrated success in project management and execution in complex
IT environments
Experience in Financial Services and knowledge of Retirement
systems
Familiarity with OMNI software is desired
