Success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of Technical Customer Success Managers and
Solution Architects
Serve as the primary point of escalation for strategic customers
and provide technical guidance
Define and track key performance indicators to measure customer
success and team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within Customer Success or
Technical Account Management
Strong technical background in databases, AI/ML, or software
development
Deep understanding of vector databases and search technologies
Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing technical
teams
Passionate about delivering value to customers and driving their
success
