Job Description:
A company is looking for a NESD BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with
a Secret clearance for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated
interfaces
Coordinate customer onboarding and manage project requirements,
documentation, and change requests
Participate in sprint planning, on-call rotation, and maintain
system integrity through configuration control practices
Required Qualifications
BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience with BMC Remedy/Helix development
Expertise in BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL
methodologies
Experience with Agile project methodology
Must have or be able to obtain Security+ certification within 3
months of start
