Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Specialist to
support the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoots complex networking issues and duress alarm
systems
Manages mobile devices and Blackberry UEM client software/backend
console server
Coordinates customer service activities and assists users with
hardware/software applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience, or Associate degree and
7 years' experience, or HS diploma/equivalent and 9 years'
experience
U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty
(EOD) clearance
Experience with deploying/re-imaging Windows 10/Windows 11
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM server and understanding of active
directory
Understanding of Printer Logic management console server
