Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior VoIP Engineer to manage and
implement telephony solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and implement changes to the On-Prem Cisco Call
Manager and Cisco Contact Center solution
Assist in the technical design and integration of additional call
center locations
Support the integration of Cloudflare with Census mobile
devices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of experience in
lieu of a degree
Minimum of six (6) years of IT experience
Experience as a VoIP Engineer with expertise in Cisco Call Manager
and Cisco Contact Center
Experience providing T2/T3 support for voice outages and managing
upgrades
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust
clearance
