SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Information Technology Support Specialist is
responsible for the end-user support of the organization's hardware
and software technology resources. These responsibilities will be
performed in a timely, reliable and professional manner while
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position will
assist the organization in gaining the most leverage from our
technology investments that also include virtual and hybrid
environments heavily utilized in our flexible workplace policy.
Position Note: Due to the shared leased office space agreement
between Destination Cleveland and Greater Cleveland Sports
Commission at 334 Euclid Ave. in Cleveland, Ohio, the scope of this
position and its essential duties and responsibilities are
inclusive of both Destination Cleveland and Greater Cleveland
Sports Commission employees, interns and contractors.

Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONTwo-year degree from an academic
institution AND minimum one year of related experience ORMinimum of
three years related work experience
REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve problems and deal with a variety
of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to work with a variety of
individuals and teams such as but not limited to leadership & board
members, less technology capable teams and individuals, external
guests and stakeholders. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Must be proactive, flexible, and resourceful.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands and work environment described
here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
