Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pro Product Technical Specialist to
onboard and train clients on telecom-related products.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in all Service Titan Pro Products and telecom
tools
Guide clients through telecom setup and provide training on product
capabilities
Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-department teams
for successful onboarding
Required Qualifications
Experience in Support, Implementation, or Account Management within
a SaaS environment
Understanding of telecom technology, including VoIP and SIP
configuration
Exceptional presentation skills for onboarding and training
sessions
Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and
priorities independently
Strong relationship management skills to build trust with
clients
