In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. What We Offer

* Average earning potential: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (includes base pay, bonuses, and incentives!)
* Commission-based incentives: average $6,000 - $10,000 per year
* Monthly bonus opportunities: average $100 - $300+ monthly

Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
* Recommend and sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment by asking open ended and probing questions
* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
* Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
* Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
* May participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination

Requirements

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized
* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
* Basic computer literacy and intermediate typing skills
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test
