• Employment Type: TravelJob Responsibilities:
  --- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and Stepdown units.
  --- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans.
  --- Demonstrate proficiency in basic dysrhythmia interpretation and respond effectively to cardiac emergencies.
  --- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
  --- Adapt to floating requirements and adjust to different patient assignments as needed.
  
  Requirements:
  --- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or related specialty.
  --- Competency in basic dysrhythmia testing (required).
  --- Willingness to float between ICU and Stepdown as per staffing needs.
  --- Ability to handle frequent patient reassignments every 4 hours as per facility requirements.
  
  Certifications & License:
  --- Michigan RN license
  --- BLS (AHA)
  --- ACLS (AHA)
