    • Active--MI State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable--
      
    • 3 years of experience as an--Integrated Case Manager--Registered Nurse (RN)--
      
    • Valid BLS
      
    • Previous acute inpatient case management experience
      
    • Epic EMR experience
      
    • Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with a valid, unrestricted State of Michigan license
      
    • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing--or MSW
      
    • Additional certifications may be required--
