oversee the claims processing for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business process transactions and teams for
efficient operations
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and
quality
Provide guidance and support to a team of senior analysts and
analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a
similar role
Proven experience in business process transactions
Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
5+ years of life insurance or annuity experience
