Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Solutions Engineering -
Enterprise (West).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineering Managers, providing
guidance and mentorship
Partner with the Sales Leader to deliver technical leadership and
meet sales targets
Represent the company in technical forums and collaborate with
various teams to develop effective strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading a team of Solutions Engineers and
first-line SE Managers
Proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and developing
skilled SEs and leaders
Experience in cloud security and hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure,
and GCP
Strong background in network engineering and knowledge of operating
systems and virtual machines
Familiarity with risk-based security assessments and CI/CD
processes
