Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior GTM Operations Manager to
enhance their go-to-market operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement lead routing processes to optimize lead
qualification and management
Identify and address gaps in data flow, proposing and implementing
tooling solutions
Develop and manage partner program processes, ensuring efficient
data flows and collaboration
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in marketing,
revenue, or sales operations
Technical proficiency with CRMs and automation platforms, with
strong admin skills
Experience managing complex data hierarchies and building
automation workflows
Ability to analyze data and create actionable reports for team
insights
Experience in vendor negotiation and enabling teams on new tools
and processes
