Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Program Manager to drive sales
enablement and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales leadership to create tailored enablement
programs and manage sales tools
Define and track KPIs for sales and GTM success, conducting
performance reviews and optimizing processes
Drive cross-functional alignment for GTM strategies and manage the
lifecycle of GTM initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred)
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or
program management
Proven ability to create and execute successful sales enablement
programs
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven
decision-making
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
