Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Operations to lead and enhance
its operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and align short-term and long-term operations goals with
company strategy
Lead and mentor operations leaders to achieve goals and drive team
engagement
Champion strategies for a seamless customer experience and ensure
vendor accountability
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Operations within
the financial services industry
A proven track record of building and leading highly engaged
teams
Experience leading both on-site and remote teams, including
outsourced operations
Player-coach mindset with the ability to inspire trust and
confidence
Background in credit card or personal loans is preferred
