Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project & Program Manager I, Research
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams and external research vendors to manage
onboarding and maintain vendor relationships
Oversee participant recruitment for research projects, including
sourcing, screening, and logistics coordination
Create and maintain documentation for research and research
operations processes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of work experience in a UX or market research setting
1+ years of experience with research vendors and UX research tools
(e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dscout)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management or
equivalent experience
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with different
stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively across
teams
