Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial
strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and
staff development
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management
reporting processes
Produce financial reports and ensure accuracy in consolidated
reporting packs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience;
equivalent experience and education may be considered
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Leadership skills to motivate and enhance departmental
effectiveness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
