A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Global UGG
Retail Training and Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage training and communications resources for the
global retail team
Lead virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance store
performance and operational excellence
Collaborate with regional teams to implement effective
communication strategies and training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in retail and/or training environments
Proven experience in leading global training sessions in a retail
or service-oriented environment
Strong background in developing training programs across various
topics, including service and operations
Experience in producing and editing video content for training
purposes
