seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our
OEM/Precision Division. This role carries full Profit & Loss
(P&L) responsibility and involves running the OEM/Precision
Division as a standalone business unit. The ideal candidate will
bring strategic leadership, operational expertise, and financial
acumen to drive growth, profitability, and innovation while
maintaining alignment with Unimacts' core values of safety,
quality, delivery, and cost.Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow
the OEM/Precision Division's market share and profitability.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships,
and customer segments to expand the division's reach.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to
ensure the OEM/Precision Division remains competitive.
- Collaborate with Unimacts' leadership team to align divisional
strategy with overall company objectives.Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of the OEM/Precision Division's operations,
including manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery.
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across
all processes.
- Drive digitization and process optimization to enhance
operational performance and reduce costs.
- Establish robust performance metrics and operational reviews to
ensure continuous improvement and accountability.Financial
Management:
- Own and manage the division's P&L, including budgeting,
financial forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assess financial risks,
allocate resources effectively, and achieve financial targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
through operational efficiencies and market expansion.
- Work with investors or stakeholders to ensure alignment on
financial and strategic objectives for the division.Commercial
Leadership:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,
suppliers, and industry partners to support business growth and
customer retention.
- Represent the OEM/Precision Division at industry events,
conferences, and trade shows to enhance its visibility and
reputation.
- Develop and lead a high-performing commercial team focused on
customer acquisition, relationship management, and market
development.
- Define and execute pricing strategies to balance
competitiveness with profitability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between the commercial
team and other departments to deliver exceptional customer
experiences and meet delivery expectations.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand into new
markets and secure strategic partnerships.Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including
procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier
performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to
ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce
costs, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Drive the adoption of advanced supply chain technologies to
enhance visibility, forecasting, and operational control.
- Manage supplier risk and ensure contingency plans are in place
to address potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with the operations and commercial teams to align
supply chain strategies with divisional goals and customer
needs.Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across
functional areas, ensuring alignment with divisional goals.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and
continuous professional growth.
- Attract and retain top talent to support the division's growth
and success.
- Ensure effective communication and goal alignment across
distributed and global teams.Compliance and Core Values:

- Education: Masters' degree in Business Administration, Science
or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles
within manufacturing sectors, including Supply Chain Management
experience, P&L ownership (at least $100M).
- Leadership Skills: Visionary leader with the ability to
inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams across global
operations.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles,
including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in developing and
executing growth strategies that drive profitability.
- Global Multi-Site Capabilities: Strong multi-site and
international experience leading teams and organizations.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the solar energy
market, including regulatory environments, technologies, and
competitive landscapes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
and represent the division externally.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making
capabilities to address complex challenges and seize
