Job Description:

The Business Development Director will play a critical role in driving the growth and sustainability of our organization by balancing revenue generation with operational oversight of Youth Development programs. This position requires a dynamic individual who can spearhead site development efforts, build strategic relationships, and ensure operational success for new and existing locations. This position demands extensive knowledge of childcare licensing rules and regulations, along with the ability to effectively implement a culture of compliance and operational excellence.Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.Experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations management, preferably within the education or childcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic goals with operational responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Knowledge of childcare or educational landscape is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years in administrative supervisory roles.
