Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to enhance
onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
Lead measurable improvements in customer retention and satisfaction
metrics
Align customer success efforts with sales, product management, and
marketing for strategic consistency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; MS or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience leading a distributed Customer Success
team, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of managing teams within budget constraints
Deep understanding of SaaS businesses and associated renewal
models
Significant experience building relationships at the executive
level
