Job Description:
A company is looking for a PBM Proposal Content and Quality
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with SMEs to create proposal-ready content
Maintain and expand the RFP content library for proposal quality
improvement
Review RFPs and proposals to ensure proper content usage and
compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years in PBM or healthcare proposals; APMP certification
preferred
Experience with Responsive or similar proposal automation
platforms/tools
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative attributes
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
