Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Marketplace Technical
Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team performance and manage support SLOs and SLAs
Act as a point of escalation for partners and internal issues
Develop onboarding and training processes for new hires
Required Qualifications:
At least eight years of customer-facing support experience
Minimum three years of management experience in technical
support
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of troubleshooting concepts and cloud
technologies
Experience in workforce management for call centers
