Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance to join their
Sales Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to drive growth and
optimize performance of the Go-to-Market (GTM) team
Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering
a culture of continuous improvement
Analyze insights and deliver presentations to senior executives to
influence decision-making
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in finance/business partnership roles;
experience with annual recurring revenue (ARR) is a plus
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders and
teams
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
Solid business acumen coupled with an executive presence
