Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Director
(Integrated Solutions) to drive growth in integrated sales
services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Go-to-Market Plans for targeted verticals
Drive complex sales and manage business development activities
including lead generation and deal management
Provide post-proposal issue resolution and organize resources to
close deals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of proven sales experience, particularly in selling to CSO
and CMO positions
Expertise in multi-faceted solutions for leads, sales performance,
and customer data
Experience in insurance, e-commerce, and aftermarket warranty
sectors
Bachelor's degree in sales, entrepreneurship, business, or
marketing is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 is required;
knowledge of Lead IQ and sales tools is a plus
