A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Software
Quality & Documentation Services.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to align on testing and
documentation needs
Drive execution by ensuring SLAs are met and key performance
metrics are tracked
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated
test suites and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
Several years of engineering experience in a technical management
or leadership role
Hands-on experience developing software applications using
languages such as Go, Python, or PHP
Proven track record of managing a team that provides quality
assurance or technical documentation services
Experience managing diverse teams with varying goals and ensuring
effective task prioritization
Prior success in working with multicultural, remote, and
distributed teams
