Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Management Associate to
support the management of mixed-use communities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist local management teams in interpreting tenant leases and
landlord obligations
Generate lease abstracts and communicate key lease provisions and
financial obligations
Support operating budget preparation and calculate annual CAM
reconciliations
Required Qualifications
5 years of commercial property management or lease administration
experience
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
Understanding of CAM reconciliation process
