A company is looking for a Sr Director, Performance
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Paid Growth team to drive customer acquisition
aligned with business goals
Develop and oversee paid media and search program plans for global
campaign execution
Organize and analyze digital marketing programs, tracking key KPIs
and recommending enhancements
Required Qualifications
Experience in developing and executing SEM strategy, including
keyword research
Experience managing a performance-driven team or agency
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and
6Sense
Ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and optimize
campaigns
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
manage multiple projects
