Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business plan for new service lines to
enhance existing SaaS offerings
Lead operational execution, including service design, workflow
processes, and compliance
Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and build
relationships with key clients to drive service adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
10+ years of experience in escrow and funding operations
Proven experience in real estate closing and settlement
processes
Demonstrated ability to build and execute a business plan from
conceptualization to operationalization
Deep understanding of compliance requirements, especially with
state-level regulators
