Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pediatric Care Manager, RN (ECC).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate member needs and barriers to care, recommending plans for
optimal outcomes
Develop and collaborate on ongoing care plans with providers to
address unmet needs
Provide education and resource support to members and their
families regarding healthcare options
Required Qualifications
Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
in Nursing
2 - 4 years of related experience in pediatric care
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience required
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State
Licensure required
