A company is looking for a Director, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance, and engagement programs
Champion and curate company culture while driving DEIA initiatives
Manage payroll and collaborate with global team members to optimize operations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in People Operations/HR, preferably in professional services
Proven track record in scaling teams and maintaining high engagement in fast-paced environments
Broad technical HR knowledge, including employment law and benefits programs
Experience with PEO and retirement service providers
Strong interest in developing DEIA initiatives and fostering employee development
