Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Lead Client Relationship Manager
responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing
service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships to ensure revenue retention and
growth
Serve as a customer advocate and promote solution stability through
incident management
Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies and
conduct regular customer meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 to 7 years of progressive program management experience,
including 1 to 3 years in consulting or technical management
In-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, products, and
services
Knowledge of LAN technologies
