Key Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of account
managers
Craft and deploy strategies for expanding, upselling, and renewing
solutions
Develop and implement effective processes and playbooks that drive
revenue retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales as an Account Executive or
in Account Management
2+ years of direct management experience
Proven track record of leading successful account management or
sales teams
Experience in building clear and measurable KPIs for managed
teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
