Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager responsible for
driving financial performance and supporting critical business
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance forecast models to predict financial
performance and oversee the monthly forecast process
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing
insights into performance and presenting trends and
opportunities
Lead a team of analysts, supporting month-end close activities and
seeking opportunities for process optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably in
banking
Proven leadership experience managing a high-performing team
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
Experience with financial system reporting environments and tools
like Tableau preferred
