Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management -
Lead to drive stakeholder engagement and system adoption during a
large system replacement project in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build relationships
with key influencers
Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and document
opportunities for system modifications
Create and implement service adoption strategies to maximize
stakeholder utilization and proficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
5 years of experience in large-scale change or transformation
initiatives
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems preferred
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with diverse
audiences
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
