Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (remote) to
lead a large customer service team in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of a team of 150+ agents, including
hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs while identifying
opportunities for service delivery improvement
Oversee recruiting efforts, manage stakeholder relationships, and
present performance metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing member/provider call
centers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and
Excel
Experience in leading and mentoring staff
Ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively
