process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA

towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG),
which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and
inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest
research scientist, software engineers, application development
engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. Central
Engineering is KLA's largest engineering organization comprised of
9 Centers-of-Excellence (CoE) in various disciplines applied across
all product groups in the company. These CoE include Handling &
Automation, Precision Motion Control, Sensors & Image Acquisition,
Platform Design, and Packaging Engineering, among others. Talent

India, and the US. Each CoE contributes not just talent and
deliverables per discipline toward product programs, but also
subject matter expertise, best practices, roadmaps, specialized

the Image Processing field.Qualifications
- 1-4 years of work experience required in development in Image
Processing (spectral/spatial filtering techniques, model-based
methods and inverse problems, etc.)
- Experience prototyping Algorithms using MATLAB or Python, and
implementing algorithms in C++ software under Linux is highly
preferred
- Full stack hands-on experience with data and backend
infrastructure and front-end and user interface for algorithms
- Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Linear and
Nonlinear Optimization techniques, CUDA/GPU Programming frameworks
(e.g., TensorFlow), and Data Analysis and Visualization tools
- Having a strong understanding of innovative research in
Conventional image processing algorithms.
- Hands on experience in an industry setting solving computer
vision challenges, strong image processing fundamentalsWhat will
differentiate you:The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of
strong understanding of innovative research in Conventional or
Traditional Image Processing. Hands on experience solving computer
vision challenges, strong image processing fundamentals, and an
appreciation of complex image acquisition systems.Hybrid Work:This
position allows flexibility and requires you to be in the office 3
days a week. Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and
0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related
work experience of 3 years.Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 -
$170,000.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLAKLA's
