Job Description:
A company is looking for a Gameplay Engineer to join their
Gameplay team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with game developers across various disciplines to
enhance development workflows
Work in Unreal Engine 5 to support designers and artists in
realizing their visions
Focus on creating engaging player experiences through thoughtful
implementation decisions
Required Qualifications
Experience with C++ and Unreal Engine
Proven track record of cross-discipline collaboration
Comfortable working with and understanding other people's code
Empathy for players and awareness of how implementation affects
their experience
Experience in running a game as a service
