Job Description:
A company is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to
support the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer requirements
for unified communications systems
Design and communicate architectural guidelines and solutions for
unified communications systems
Develop implementation and maintenance plans to ensure effective
operation of unified communications systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with no experience, Associate degree with 2
years, or HS diploma/equivalent with 4 years of experience
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
clearance
Experience with unified communications infrastructure and knowledge
of VoIP and VTC systems
Knowledge of cloud-based unified communications and transitioning
legacy PBX to Enterprise VoIP
ITIL Foundations certification within 30 days of hiring
